6. Special Thank you
1.  Locations:
If you have not picked the location where you will be participating,
join us in Central Square,
Clear Conscience Cafe, 581 Mass Ave at 8:30am, Sunday, 05/03/09.
Coffee will be served before the cleanup and ice cream after.

See the list of all locations here http://www.cleancambridge.org

2. Trash pickup arrangements:
Try to collect leaves and yard waste into paper bags and other litter into plastic bags.
If you are part of a larger team and plan to have many bags, work with your team leader to leave all bags in one (or more locations) near a public receptacle.

Team leaders: Right after the pickup, please call me to confirm locations.  I will communicate with Department of Public Works to pick all up on Monday morning at the latest.

Suggested locations for trash pick up are listed at http://www.cleancambridge.org/blog/2009/05/dpw-suggested-pick-up-locations/
If you are cleaning in front of your place, please keep rubbish for collection during your regular curbside pick up.

3.   Recyclables:
We encourage you to keep bottles & cans collected separate from other litter, for recycling.
Bring recycling to home/apartments buildings and it will be picked up during the following week.

4. Supplies & T-shirts:
We have delivered all supplies and t-shirts to places and team leaders where we had requests.
If you are expecting supplies and we have not arranged for the delivery time, please email me asap.

5. Pictures:
Please take pictures and possibly short videos during the cleanup and send them to cleancambridge@gmail.com.
We will post them on the website and Youtube.  One of the videos will be displayed at the Cambridge Chronicle website after the event.
